Privacy Policy
Signalworks — signalworkslive.app. Last updated 13 September 2026.
This policy describes what Signalworks collects about you, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website at signalworkslive.app, the Telegram channel and bot, and the API.
What we collect about you
- Your wallet address, when you sign in by signing a message with it. This is your account identifier. We never receive or hold your private keys, and we cannot move your funds.
- Wallet addresses you choose to track, and the positions and trades on them, which are read from public blockchain data.
- Your Telegram chat identifier, if you link Telegram, so alerts can be delivered to you. We do not receive your phone number.
- Payment records: the order, the amount, the network and asset, and the transaction identifier of the payment. These are public blockchain facts, kept as the record of what you bought.
- Your internet address, used to rate-limit requests and to prevent abuse.
- Anything you type into a bug report, which reaches us directly.
Cookies
Signalworks uses two cookies and no third-party or advertising cookies of any kind.
- sw_session keeps you signed in after you sign with your wallet. It lasts up to 30 days and is required for the service to work.
- sw_v is a random identifier set only if you arrive from a link we published, so we can tell how many people a post brought in. It contains nothing but a random value, it is never shared, and if you arrive at the site directly it is never set at all.
Where your data goes
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your data reaches other companies only where the service cannot function otherwise:
- Telegram — to deliver messages you asked to receive.
- Our hosting provider — the server the service runs on.
Separately, we read public market and blockchain data from DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and CoinGecko, Blockscout, Helius, and a third-party index of public posts on X. Those requests are about tokens and public addresses. Where you have chosen to track a wallet, its public address is included in requests to blockchain data providers, because that is how its transactions are read.
How long we keep it
Your account, your subscription and payment records, and the wallets you chose to track are kept for as long as you use the service and afterwards as the record of what you bought. Operational and market data is deleted on a schedule: buys for 90 days, deliveries for 365 days, dev_sells for 365 days, events for 365 days, follow_trades for 365 days, member_buys for 365 days, among others. Research records that the published measurements are computed from are kept indefinitely, because deleting them would make published figures impossible to reproduce or check.
Your choices
- Stop tracking a wallet at any time. When nobody is tracking an address any more, its positions and trade history are deleted.
- Unlink Telegram at any time, which stops delivery to it.
- Ask us to delete your account and the personal data above, by writing to support@signalworkslive.app. Payment records are kept where we are required to keep them, and public blockchain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser. Clearing sw_session signs you out.
Security
Access to the service is over encrypted connections. Sessions are signed rather than guessable. We hold no private keys and no card details. No service can promise perfect security, and you are responsible for the wallet and devices you use to reach this one.
Children
Signalworks is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
