These terms govern your use of Signalworks at signalworkslive.app, including the website, the Telegram channel and bot, and any application programming interface we provide. By using any of them you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Signalworks is

Signalworks is a research platform. It records newly launched cryptocurrency tokens across several blockchains, measures what happened to them afterwards, and publishes those measurements. Every alert kind it produces is scored from the moment it fired against a matched control group, and that scoreboard is published in full, including the alert kinds that perform worse than chance.

Signalworks is not financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It is a record of measurements. Most newly launched tokens lose all of their value. You alone decide what to do with the information, and you alone carry the consequences.

No guarantee of any result

We do not guarantee that any alert, score, signal or measurement predicts anything. We publish the evidence for and against each of them precisely because we make no such claim. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, complete or free of error, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

The data we publish is derived from public blockchains and from third-party sources that may themselves be wrong, delayed or unavailable. We correct errors when we find them, and corrections may change figures that were previously displayed.

Accounts

You sign in by connecting a cryptocurrency wallet and signing a message with it. You are responsible for the security of that wallet and of any device or account you use to reach the service. Anyone able to sign with your wallet can use your subscription. A signed-in session lasts up to 30 days before you are asked to sign again.

You may not resell, redistribute or republish the paid data feeds, scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others, or attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours.

Plans and what they include

There is a free tier and one paid plan. The free tier gives a delayed copy of alerts, delayed by 60 minutes, and does not include wallet tracking, price targets, the private Telegram bot or the research tools. The paid plan is offered for $99 for 30 days, $259 for 90 days, $899 for 365 days.

Paying again while a plan is active adds days to your existing expiry rather than starting a new term. Prices are quoted in United States dollars and charged in cryptocurrency at the rate quoted on the order at the time it is created.

Payment is in cryptocurrency only

Signalworks accepts payment in cryptocurrency only. We do not accept credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or any other fiat currency payment method, and we do not store card details because we never receive them.

Payment is made by sending the exact quoted amount to the address shown on your order. Accepted networks and assets are: ethereum (ETH, USDC, USDT); base (ETH, USDC); arbitrum (ETH, USDC, USDT); robinhood (ETH, USDG); solana (SOL, USDC, USDT). An order is credited when the amount received reaches at least 98% of the amount quoted; below that it is recorded as underpaid and waits for the remainder. Overpayment beyond the quoted amount buys whole additional days at the same daily rate.

You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the correct address. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. Funds sent on an unsupported network, in an unsupported asset, or to an address other than the one on your order may be permanently lost, and we cannot recover them.

No refunds

All payments are final and there are no refunds. This applies to unused time on a plan, to plans cancelled before expiry, to periods during which the service was unavailable, and to dissatisfaction with the content, accuracy or usefulness of anything the service publishes.

Your plan runs until the expiry date shown in your account. It does not renew automatically and we do not hold or charge any payment method, so you can simply stop paying to stop using the paid service.

Your own risk

Trading cryptocurrency tokens carries a high risk of losing all of the money involved. The tokens this service records are overwhelmingly short-lived, and the platform's own published measurements show that a large majority of them are worthless within a day of launch. You should not use money you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signalworks is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or is used to resell or republish the paid feeds. No refund is given on termination, consistent with the no-refunds section above.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
